Pennington Realty, Inc. is comprised of two brokers, John Pennington, CCIM and Ron Schmaedick, CRS, who have a combined 68+ years of experience in real estate.  We specialize in commercial brokerage including sales, leasing, development services, site selection, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and consulting.  We apply our expertise to transactions and consulting assignments involving every commercial real estate property type:  office buildings, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, and special purpose.  Our main focus is on the State of Oregon and southern Washington, but we are involved in investment properties throughout the USA.  We offer professional, thorough service with a personal touch and strive to meet the goals of those that matter most: our clients.
